What we collect

When you sign up for our services or newsletters (including "Your Personal Audio Briefing"), we collect: your name, email address, and the preferences you provide (topic, delivery time, voice). When you purchase, payment is processed by Payhip — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Solely to deliver the services you requested: sending your briefings and service communications, and providing customer support. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Third-party processors

We use: Brevo (email delivery), Payhip (payments), Google Gemini API (content generation — your topic preferences only, never your personal data), and Meta Platforms (for our Facebook page publishing — no user data is collected through our Facebook apps).

Facebook app

Our Facebook applications are used exclusively to publish content to our own Facebook pages. They do not collect, store or process any personal data of Facebook users.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing kolev@logisticsleadlab.com. Unsubscribing from any service stops all related processing. Data of cancelled subscriptions is deleted within 30 days upon request.
