2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or downloading any product from logisticsleadlab.com or our Payhip store, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
3. Products and Delivery
All products sold on this site are digital products — lead databases, calculators, and prompt packs delivered as downloadable files (XLSX, PDF, or similar formats). No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery is instant via Payhip upon confirmed payment. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
4. Payments and Third-Party Services
All payments are processed by Payhip and Stripe. Logistics Lead Lab does not store or process your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Payhip’s Terms of Service and Stripe’s Terms of Service.
Prices are listed in EUR. The final charge may vary slightly depending on your bank or currency conversion fees.
5. License and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the product with third parties
- Publish or expose the data publicly — on websites, social media, or other platforms
- Use the data to create, train, or populate any competing data product or service
- Remove, alter, or obscure any branding or attribution within the files

6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email kolev@logisticsleadlab.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Monthly membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Payhip account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription payments.
7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Our databases are manually researched and verified at the time of publication. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy; however, business data — including company details, revenue estimates, order volumes, and contact information — changes over time.
We make no warranty, express or implied, that the data will be current, complete, or error-free after the publication date. We do not guarantee that outreach using our data will result in replies, meetings, or sales. Results depend entirely on your own outreach strategy and execution.
8. Website Disclaimer
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site or its products at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logistics Lead Lab and Ivan Kolev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria.

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
